Steeds vaker blijven laadpalen bezet lang nadat het laden klaar is. Andere bestuurders moeten dan wachten of ergens anders een laadpaal zoeken.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">De vraag naar elektrisch laden groeit, dus laadpunten moeten blijven doorstromen van de ene bestuurder naar de volgende. Voor High Power Chargers (HPC) beginnen we na 45 minuten met het in rekening brengen van een toeslag wanneer de auto niet wordt opgeladen. Bijvoorbeeld: Een EV-bestuurder laadt 15 minuten en blijft in totaal 50 minuten gekoppeld aan de lader, dan rekenen wij 5 minuten overstay fee. class=\"content font-size wa-in-view\">\r\n                    <p dir=\"ltr\">Bij AC-laadpunten werkt de overstay fee anders dan bij HPC, omdat AC-laadsessies van nature langer duren. Uit data van Allego blijkt dat een auto die aan een AC-laadpunt staat gemiddeld maar zo&#8217;n 40% van de tijd daadwerkelijk laadt: gemiddeld 3,5 uur laden tegenover 5,5 uur aangesloten.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">De fee is bedoeld om dat verschil te verkleinen, zodat laadpunten doorstromen van de ene bestuurder naar de volgende.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">80% van de AC-laadsessies is ruim binnen 5 uur klaar. Bestuurders staan daar ongeveer de helft van de tijd aangesloten zonder te laden: gemiddeld 4 uur laden, en daarna nog eens 4 uur stilstaan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">80% van de sessies is binnen 6 uur klaar. Daarom heb je 6 uur de tijd voordat de overstay fee ingaat.
